This study aimed to find out the extent to which the human resource development strategy reflects on the quality of health services from the point of view of service providers. The field study was conducted in the public health institution represented by the hospital institution Tarsheen Ibrahim in the state of Ghardaïa and the private health institution represented by the Oases Clinic for diagnosis and treatment in the same state. This is in order to compare the reality of the human resources development strategy and the quality of health services between the two institutions and to compare the relationship and impact of the first variable on the second. The sample of the study consisted of 232 individuals from the public health institution and 98 individuals from the private health institution from various categories. The descriptive approach and the appropriate comparative approach were relied upon to achieve the objectives of this study, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection.
After the statistical analysis using the SPSS.26 program, the study reached several results, the most important of which are:
