The results of our study of the biological activity of the aqueous extracts of the air part
of Cleome arabica L. (Capparidaceae) plant of northern Sahara crop in the region of
Ghardaïa among larvae of the third stage and larvae Culex pipiens reveal an activity larvicide, total
mortality for all concentrations 100 %, 90 %, 80 %, 70 %, 60 %, 50 %, 40% and 30 %; and
mortality of order 90% for the two low concentration 20% and 10 %. The lethal dose 50 evaluated
because of 0.05191mg /ml . The aqueous extract was tested in vitro by the method of dissemination
from a solid disc, for their power inhibitor, screw-to-screws a few microbial
strains Staphylococcus sp., Pseudomonas , Escherichia coli, Penicellium sp. Candida albicans. We
have revealed the antimicrobial activities variables against different microbial strains tested.
