Abstract:
Ghardaia town is part of a dry zone that contains very important underground waters
resources which have to be identified and studied to be preserved. For that purpose, we
studied the spatiotemporal variation of the physico-chemical quality of the water of three
drillings in the town of Metlili during three months, or of January until the month of Mars
2016.
The results showed that most of the moderate parameters respect the standards of
drinkability of the water according to the WHO; the variation of the concentrations of these
parameters is closely related to the nature of geologic substratum.
