الخلاصة:
This study investigated the effects of aqueous leaf extracts of Artemisia herba alba L. from the
Asteraceae (Chih) family and Malva parviflora from the Malvaceae family (Khoubeïz)., on the
growth and the germination rate in the SorghumVulgare plant of the Poaceae (Sorghum) family
two spontaneous medicinal plants harvested in April 2021, in the Sebseb region of the wilaya
of Ghardaïa,. The aqueous extract is obtained after extraction at reflux. The tests are carried out
at different doses of the aqueous extract (0%, 50% and 100%), this study has shown that the
50% extract of Malva parviflora has high efficiency in growth and germination rate ( 60 ±
2.08%)
The growth kinetics of SorghumVulgare (Sorghum) treated with different dilutions of the
aqueous extract of Malva parviflora, show a significant increase in the growth kinetics over
time,
The aqueous extract of Malva parviflora promotes growth and germination rate in plants and
can be used as a fertilizer.
