Abstract:
The histopathological analysis is followed by the search for the hormonal profile, in particular for
the oncoprote in HER2 (humane pidermal growth factor receptor 2), and PR (progestogen receptor),
ER (ER / OR estrogen receptors) and the expression of KI67 ( Cell cycle related protien).

The study, carried out on a sample of 222 patients (2017 until the first quarter of 2020), is carried
out at the level of the pathology service at EPH (Popular Hospital of Ghardaïa Tirichine Brahim)
and the oasis clinic. It is noted that the age group most affected by this type of cancer is that
between 41 and 48 years, itrepresents 27.02% or 60 cases. 186 cases of micro biopsy (83.78%) and
36 cases of mastectomy (16.22%), and the most common histological type is invasive non specific
carcinomais 186 cases (83.78%). Grade II occupies 132 cases (74.51%). From the
immunohistochemical point of view, the hormone-sensitive proliferations RE + RP + respectively
represent (65.38%) and (13.47%) cases. The HER2 negative statusis 65% and KI67 is over
expressed in. This allowed us a molecular classification of breast cancers (carcinomas):

- Luminal A: (hormone receptors positive, Her2 negative and low Ki-67): this type represents
(50%) or 26 cases,
 - Luminal B: (hormone receptors positive, Her 2 negative and high ki-67): (15.38%), i.e. 08 cases
 - Her2: (negative hormone receptors and positive Her2  (19, 24%) or 10 cases;
 - Triple negative: (negative hormone receptors and Her 2 negative (15, 38%) or 08 cases
