dc.description.abstract This studay aims to clarify the relatioship between job satisfacion and the level of performance,as we tried through it to answer the general question that was raised at the beginning, which is as follows : Does job satisfaction have a role in improving workers performance ? As an initial answern to this question ,we assumed the following : Job satisfaction has a role in improving the level of employee performance . Under this general hypothesis , ther are tow partial hypotheses : Satisfaction with environmental conditions related to improving the level of workers performance. Performance of workers. In order to test the validity of these hypotheses, a sample of 60 workers was chosen randomly. As for the tools, the questionnaire was used and we used the descriptive approach, and from there we analyzed the findings, which confirmed that job satisfaction is related to improving the level of workers ’performance. Among the key concepts that have been identified are: incentives, environmental conditions, job satisfaction, job performance, and promotion. The most important thing we found: that higher wages, bonuses and bonuses improve the level of performance of workers. The workers' dissatisfaction with the criteria in which the promotion is carried out did not affect the improvement of their performance. The existing environmental conditions improve workers' performance EN_en
