Abstract:
The use of electronic means is considered an inevitable necessity, as banks have become attaching them great importance, due to their knowledge of the strategic role that they achieve behind their use, especially since the banking service is characterized by a high pattern in its content and content, which makes it difficult to compete, and then our study has found that electronic means help banks to Developing its performance and dealing with its customers by improving the quality of banking service.
The current study aimed to identify the effect of using electronic means on improving the quality of banking services in a sample of the clients of the Local Development Bank - Ghardaia Agency - by highlighting the extent of their use of electronic means, as the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool dependent on the statistical program (SPSS) in data collection Finally, we concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the electronic means and the quality of banking services in the agency under study.
