dc.description.abstract This research deals with "the origins of corruption in financial transactions and examples of its contemporary applications." What was corruption?.In the same treatment, they are: the notables Prohibition of selling and usury,What was described outside the transaction, namely: Gharar, fraud, and damage. The research was based on three important sections, the first of which is to define the search terms, the second to indicate the origins of the corruption of financial transactions that refer to the same transaction, and the third to show the origins of the corruption of financial transactions that refer to a description outside the transaction, with a mention of contemporary applications for each origin. It has been shown through this research that Islamic Sharia is valid for every time and place, and that it is able to keep pace with the latest financial transactions and to clarify its legal ruling. Among the results obtained is thatIt is not permissible to work in interest- based banks at all, whether the work is directly related to usury or not, because that involves eating usury, writing it down, bearing witness to it, or helping someone who does that.. I concluded my research with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is urgingDirecting students and researchers to pay 107 attention to contemporary financial issues and link them to the science of jurisprudenceTo derive a legal ruling.
