L'EFFET ANTI BACTERIENNE DES PRINCIPES ACTIFS DES GRAINS

Abstract

Résumé : De par leurs emploi dans diverses médicinales et leurs propriétés biologiques les anti bactéries connaissent aujourd’hui un intérét croissent partout dans le domaine de la sant et dans le mond en général. Ridolfiasegetum, est une plante médicinale et aromatique à la famille des Apiacées, appelé communément (Karwia el amya) elle est spontanée qui pousse en région méditerranéenne en Afrique du nord particulièrement en sud Algériequi trouve dans la région d’BOUKAIS de wilaya de Béchar. Notre travail porte sur l’effet anti bactérienne de l’extrait des grains de Ridolfiasegetum ou les résultats des tests biologique réalisés montrent que l’extrait de grains de Ridolfiasegetumun large spectre d’action car elle inhibe Staphylococcus et Escherichia et Pseudomonas comme espèces bactérienne et candidat albicans comme levure. abstract By their use in various medicinal and their biological properties the anti bacteriums are today experiencing an interest growing every where in the field of health and in the world in general. Ridolfia segetum, is a medicinal and aromatic plant to the family of Apiaceae, commonly called (Karwia el amya) it is spontaneous that grows in the Mediterrane anregion in North Africa especially in south ern Algeria which finds in the region of BOUKAIS of wilaya of Béchar. Our work focuses on the anti-bacterial effect of ridolfia segetum grain extract or the results of the biological tests carried out show that ridolfia segetum grain extract has a wide spectrum of action as itinhibits Staphylococcus and Escherichia and Pseudomonas as bacterial species and albicans candidate as yeast
