The study aimed to know the relationship between psychological conflict and
optimism about the future among the unemployed graduates of universities in the
state of Ghardaia and a sample of (60) male and female students ranging in age
from (20-35 years) and the importance of our role. The study lies in:
- Sociological treatment of one of the most important current social problems
that can affect development contexts
- - Its importance is also highlighted in its attempt to elaborate interpretations
about the level of psychological conflict and its relationship to future
optimism and to explore the various causes and implications of the scarcity
of employment opportunities among the group that has been agreed to
represent the elite of society and sociological interpretation of the various
dimensions of it into a thoughtful category.
Using the descriptive-analytical approach to explain the most important
questions of the study, the tools used in the study include: Psychological
Conflict Scale: Conte et al. 1995 Translated and prepared by Magdy El-
Desouky (1999) The optimism scale prepared by the researcher Seligman
prepared the scale of optimism and pessimism in English, where the
paragraphs measuring pessimism and another characteristic of optimism were
translated into Arabic. And Bcharre Maamriya codified this scale on the
Algerian environment. It was extracted by the dimensions (03) Dimension 1:
Orientation towards the future, Dimension 2: Life satisfaction, Dimension 3:
Realizing hopes, aspirations and goals, Mohamed Ibrahim and others. (2015),
we used to analyze the results of the arithmetic mean, standard deviation,
percentages, independent eye "T" test, Facrobach test to calculate the stability
of internal consistency, Guthman's coefficient, Pearson's coefficient test to find
out the relationship between variables, multiple analysis of variance test, and
the results were:
- The level of psychological conflict between unemployed university
graduates in Ghardaia is high
- The level of optimism among unemployed university graduates in Ghardaia
is low
- There is a very weak correlation between psychological conflict and
optimism among the unemployed graduates of the university in Ghardaia
- There are no statistically significant differences between male and female
sample members in the psychological struggle and optimism among
unemployed university graduates in the state of Ghardaia.
There are no statistically significant differences between the sample members
according to specialization in psychological conflict and optimism among
graduates of Al-Batalin University in the state of Ghardaia.
There are no statistically significant differences between the sample members
according to the economic level in the psychological struggle of the
unemployed graduates of the university in the state of Ghardaia.
There are statistically significant differences between the sample members
according to the economic level in the optimism of unemployed university
graduates in the state of Ghardaia.
- There are no statistically significant differences among the sample members
in psychological conflict and optimism at the different educational levels of
unemployed university graduates in the state of Ghardaia. |
