Abstract:
The study aimed to demonstrate the effect of managerial leadership models on the dynamics of teamwork in organizations that seek to invest in the human resource withe a set of characteristics for there administrative leader ship to achieve a kind of dynamism in teamwork. In order to reach this goal, we used the questionnaire as a means to collect the necessary information for this study and to find out the opinions of a sample on the impact of management leadership models on the dynamics of teamwork.
