Abstract:
This study aims to know the effect of administrative empowerment in
improving the quality of the career life in the Electricity and Gas Distribution
Corporation in central Ghardaia، the method used in the study is the descriptive
analytical approach to present the theoretical background of the topic
distributing by 50 questionnaire to administrative employees of different levels
we used In the SPSS v 22 to analyse this data. The results showed that there is a
statistical correlation relationship، where the correlation coefficient reached
(0.825) between the two study variables، and therefore the independent variables
(dimensions of administrative empowerment) explain the rate of (68.%) of the
variance that occurs in improving the quality of work life، given the coefficient
of determination (0.681). This indicates that there is a strong direct relationship
between the two variables، and there is an effect between the two variables and
after training was statistically significant، meaning that the more training
increased by a unit، the quality of work life improved by 46%, and therefore we
conclude that the variable that has a fundamental effect in improving the quality
Career life of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation Central Ghardaia
is training.
