Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the empowerment mechanisms in reducing job burnout among employees of the ALFAPIP Pipe Industry Corporation in the state of Ghardaia , as well as studying the relationship between job combustion and the dimensions of empowerment (job development, efficiency, independence, meaning). We reached through the study To suggest a theoretical model that clarifies the relationship between “empowerment mechanisms, job burnout,” and the descriptive analytical approach was used to suit the nature of the research. And the use of the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the sample members, so that a random sample of permanent administrative employees was chosen. We distributed 30 questionnaires (3 of them were lacking in information, 5 were not retrieved, and the questionnaires valid for the study were 22). And data analysis and hypothesis testing using the statistical package SPSS.23, and the results of the study showed that the relationship between the two variables is an inverse relationship, meaning that the more employees are empowered, the less job burnout they have in ALFAPIP.
