Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة" أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي ودورها في التمكين الإداري بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز سونلغاز بغرداية "، و ذلك عن طريق إشكالية مدى تأثير أبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي على التمكين الإداري لدى العاملين في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بمدينة غرداية ؟، حيث إستخدامنا المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة الجوانب النظرية من الدراسة، أما الجانب الميداني من الدراسة فقد استخدمنا أسلوب دراسة الحالة و لهذا الغرض قمنا بتصميم إستبانةو توزيعها على عينة متكونة من 60 فردا من عمال المديرية في مختلف المستويات الإدارية و إسترجعت 47 إستمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي،وقد تمت معالجة الإستبيان بإستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية و كذلك الإستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS _V.25 لتحليل النتائج،والتي أظهرت : أنه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05) ( α≤ لأبعاد الهيكل التنظيمي )المركزية، الرسمية، التعقيد ( على التمكين الإدار ي في المؤسسةThis study aims to know "the dimensions of the organizational structure and its role in administrative empowerment in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution Sonelgaz in Ghardaia."And that by following the problematic treatment of: What is the impact of the dimensions of the organizational structure of the administrative empowerment of the workers in the Electricity Distribution Directorate and gas in Ghardaia?, Where we used the descriptive approach to deal with the theoretical aspects of the study, as for the field side of the study, we used the case study method, and for this purpose we designed a questionnaire and distributed it to a sample of 60 individuals from the directorate’s workers at various administrative levels and retrieved 47 forms valid for statistical analysis. The questionnaire was processed using statistical methods and with the help of the SPSS_V.25 program to analyze the results, which showed: That there is a statistically significant effect at a significant level (α≤0.05) for the dimensions of the organizational structure (central, official, complexity) on administrative empowerment in the organization
