Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقصي العلاقة بين الاستقرار الوظيفي و سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملين بمستشفى ترشين ابراهيم بولاية غرداية , طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 34 موظف و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الاستبانة لجمع البيانات , وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية , الانحرافات المعيارية , معاملات لارتباط , تحليل الانحدار المتعدد , وخلصت الدراسة الى ان ابعاد الاستقرار الوظيفي و المتمثلة في الرضا الوظيفي و الحوافز و بيئة العمل و عواملها دالة احصائيا اي علاقة طردية متوسطةThis study aimed at investigating the relationship between job stability and the behavior of organizational citizenship among the employees of Terchin Ibrahim Hospital in Ghardai state ;.this study was applied to a simple random sample of 34 employees and to achieve the objectives of the researcher used the questionnaire to collect data. And the data contained in the questionnaires were analyzed through the use of the statistical package of social sciences (spss) based on mathematical average . standard deviations ; correlation coefficients; multiple regression analysis ;and the study concluded that the dimensions of functional stability and the form of job satisfaction ; incentives ;the working environment and its factors are statistically indicative of any intermediate expulsion relationship .
