Abstract:
تتناول هذه األطروحة أثر إدارة املعرفة على إرساء األمناط القيادية الفعالة من وجهة نظر عمال مؤسسة سوانطراك، كما أهنا تناقش أمهية إدراك
املوظفني للمؤسسة إبتداءا ألمهية عمليات إدارة املعرفة، ابإلضافة إىل ذلك فإنه يدرس طبيعة التأثري غري املباشر هلذه األخرية على القيادة الفعالة،
من خالل الدور الوسيطي للثقافة التنظيمية املوجودة داخل املؤسسة حمل الدراسة . وبعد القيام مبسح إحصائي حول العالقة املوجودة بني إدارة
املعرفة والقيادة الفعالة، اقرتحنا أتكيد منوذج نظري ابستخدام طريقة النمذجة ابملعادالت اهليكلية. لقياس كل متغريات ومؤشرات النموذج النظري
للبحث. حيث قمنا بتوزيع 97 استبانة على موظفي مديرية الصيانة لوالية األغواط ومتت عملية التحليل اإلحصائي على 3 مراحل بدأانها
ابلتحليل العاملي االستكشايف مث التحليل العاملي التوكيدي ابستخدام برانمج Pls-Smart مث االختبار اإلحصائي للفرضيات ، وقد خلصت
الدراسة لنتائج أمهها:
أن مجيع عمليات إدارة املعرفة تؤثر يف االمناط القيادية اليت حددانها عرب املتغري الوسيط الثقافة التنظيمية وكذا وجود بعض عمليات إدارة املعرفة
مثل تطبيق املعرفة.thesis deals with the impact of knowledge management on establishing effective leadership patterns from
the point of view of Sonatrach workers, and it also discusses the importance of employees' awareness of the
organization starting with the importance of knowledge management operations, in addition, it studies the nature
of the indirect influence of the latter on effective leadership, through the mediating role of the organizational
culture that exists within the institution under study. After conducting a statistical survey on the relationship
between knowledge management and effective leadership, we proposed to confirm a theoretical model using the
structural equations modeling method. To measure all the variables and indicators of the theoretical model of
research. Where we distributed 97 questionnaires to the employees of the Directorate of Maintenance for the
wilaya of Laghouat. The statistical analysis process was carried out in 3 stages. We started with exploratory factor
analysis, then confirmatory factor analysis using the Smart-Pls program, then statistical testing of hypotheses.

All knowledge management operations affect the leadership styles that we identified through the mediating
variable, organizational culture, as well as the presence of some knowledge management operations such as
knowledge application
