Abstract

تهدف ىده الدّراسة إلى تسليط الضّوء على وظيفة تدقيق أنشطة إدارة الموارد البشريّة و الدّور الهام الذي تلعبو في التّعزيز من مسؤولية منظّمات الأعمال تجاه المجتمع الذّي تنشط ضمنو و عدم الاقتصار على مسؤولية تعظيم الأرباح فحسب ،كما تمّ السّعي إلى معرفة واقع ممارسة ىذه الوظيفة في الواقع العملي من خلال دراسة حالة إحدى المؤسّسات الاقتصادية و المتمثّلة في مؤسّسة ميترو الجزائر و ىذا بالاعتماد على الأداة الرّئيسية في جمع المعلومات حول موضوع الدّراسة و ىي الاستبيان و توزيعو على عيّنة ميسّرة من موظّفي و إطارات المؤسّسة تتكوّن من 30 مستجوب يعملون بمديريّة الإدارة و الموارد البشريّة و بعض المديريات الأخرى ، حيث قمنا بمعالجة و تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS النّسخة 21 من خلال عدّة أساليب و أدوات إحصائية ، إلى أن تمّ التّوصّل في الأخير إلى تأكيد الدّور المهم الذي تلعبو وظيفة تدقيق إدارة الموارد البشريّة في تعزيز مسؤولية المؤسّسة المدروسة تجاه المجتمع من خلال السّعي إلى توفير حياة كريمة للمجتمع الذي تمارس فيو نشاطها و تحقّق لو المزيد من الرّفاىية الاجتماعيةThis case study aims to look at the function of audit in the activities of human resources management, and also at its significant role in emphasizing the responsibility of business organizations in, toward the society and therefore not just relying on profits maximization. We searchingly determined even the situation in which such function is practically excised, by implementing “Algeria and Metro Foundation” as one of the economic institutions, depending on the questionnaire as an essential tool of data collection, and supplying it to a sample of 30 employees and staff who work in that directorate of administration and human resources, and some other directorates. Then, we used the statistical program SPSS version 21 for data processing and analyzing, integrating several procedures and statistical instruments. The study has proved finally the real importance of the function of audit in the activities of human resources management, and in advancing such enterprise responsibility studied toward the society where they work, thereby providing it with a respectable life and thus more social welfare too
