Abstract:
the problem with this study was based on the reality of with In the hospital in
situation and through the case study of the hospital of Qadi Bakir Ghardaia where we divided our
study in to four chapters three chapters theoretical and one chapterapplied we have
taken54Members of the total communiyy 500 employees and we have adopted a cass study
curriculum and a sample study the questionnaire tool have been used as the main tool for
collecting data from researchers and we have divided the questionnaire from into 4 fourth and
the following results have been reached through this study: Organizational communication is a
very importantand important factor with in the organization. It providing staff with necessary
information as well as the transfer of ideas and trends in addition to harmonizing different
aspects of interests ther by contributing to improved performance .The hospital does not have
a communication cell which impedes the organization of communication between the President
and the subordinates and between the staff; The institution is overwhelmed by horizontal
connectivity, winch plays an important role in increasing the exchange and speed of information
and coordinating the efforts and actions of workers at the same level, helping to raise the morale
of employees and making them visible as management partners programmer ", without referring
all matters to a higher level of management.
