This study aims to identify the communication functions used by the
council of notables of Ghardaia Palace during the Corona crisis (Covid 19), and
the most important communication activities carried out by the council during
the pandemic. The problem of the study was represented in a central question:
How did the council of notables of Ghardaia Palace contribute to crisis
communication during the Corona Virus (Covid 19) pandemic?
In this study, we followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe
the phenomenon, and several results were reached, including:
1- The communication activities carried out by the House of Notables of
Ghardaia Palace contributed significantly to changing the behavior of citizens
regarding the severity of the Corona virus (Covid 19).
2- The official page of the Crisis Cell of the Council of Notables of
Ghardaia Palace – “Talouet page “- which contributed greatly to the
dissemination of guidance data about the Kona virus (Covid 19), and it had a
great resonance and wide follow-up among citizens.
3- One of the most important social media sites that the Crisis Cell of the
Council of Notables of Ghardaia Palace used is Facebook, to publish its most
important activities about confronting the Corona virus (Covid 19), because it is
the most widely used by citizens.
4- The communication strategy taken by the Crisis Cell towards the
Corona virus (Covid 19), which was characterized by many advantages, such as
containing the virus and preparing for it before it reached its peak, as well as
establishing continuous and continuous contacts with doctors and nurses, who
have daily dealings with the virus, to find out its developments, And provide
effective solutions to dominate and eliminate it. |
