This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the extent of the impact of knowledge management on achieving the quality of higher education from the point of view of a sample of Ghardaia professors. To reach the goals of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side.
As for the applied aspect, we relied on the inductive approach. Statistics were collected using the questionnaire tool from various colleges at the Universit of Ghardaia, who numbered 467 professors. 100 were chosen randomly as a sample and the questionnaire approved in this study was distributed. 67 questionnaires were returned, or 67%, all of which are valid for study and investigation.

There were also statistically significant differences attributable to personal factors (gender, experience, job rank, and college) in achieving the quality of higher education. University of Ghardaia |
