Abstract:
تناولت دراستنا موضوع واقع العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات الإعلامية من خلال دراسة حالة لإذاعة غرداية كنموذج،وتمحورت الإشكالية حول كيف هو واقع العلاقات العامة لإذاعة غرداية.
اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة باستخدام الادوات المقابلة المفتوحة كأداة للدراسة والتي تم إجرائها مع مدير وأحد الصحفيين من قسم الأخبار لمؤسسة إذاعة غرداية المحلية والملاحظة البسيطة،ليتم بعد ذلك التحليل الكيفي لنتائج المقابلة والملاحظة في الاطار الميداني للدراسة ثم عرض النتائج العامة للدراسة.
توصلنا فب الأخير إلى نتائج أهمها ان إذاعة غرداية لاتحتوي على مكتب خاص بالعلاقات العامة كما أنها تسعى إلى خلق جو عمل مناسب يتمثلفي تقوية العلاقات العامة بين موظفيها لزيادة الأداء الوظيفي وخلق ديناميكية عمل تضمن الوصول للأهداف المرجوة في ظل غياب خلية خاصة بالعلاقات العامة .

Finally،wereached the mostimportantresults are that radio Ghardaiadoes not have a public relations office،italsostrivestocreate a suitableworkingatmosphereitis to strengthen public rela-tions betweenemployees in increase job performance، and ceatea business dynamicensura-chievingthedisire goals in the absebs of a public relations cell.
