Through our study on the role of the organizational culture in achieving the competitive advantage, we conducted a field study about this research on Zelfana milk, in order to find out what is the role of the organizational culture to achieve competitive advantage?
In response to this problem, we used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information. The studied sample was of 16 workers from the institution who totally answered. The answers were processed by the SPSS program, where the percentages of answers of were extracted , honesty test, , The arithmetic average and the standard deviation, based on the descriptive approach in the study.

The study is based on a number of findings, including: a statistically significant role for the various elements of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage. |
