Abstract:
This study highlighted the effectiveness of institutional communication in
managing the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) at the University of Ghardaia.
The study focused on the following problems: How did Ghardaia University
manage the coronavirus pandemic by activating an institutional communication
system ?, The study included two variables: an independent institutional
communication variable and a variable that followed the coronavirus pandemic,
and the current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of institutional
communication in managing the coronavirus pandemic in the administrative
staff of the University of Ghardaia, as well as the communication procedures
adopted to manage the coronavirus pandemic. To answer the problems of the
study and to test the validity of the hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive
curriculum to fit it into the subject of the study, where the study was applied to
an intentional sample of the administrative staff. To achieve the study's
objectives, we distributed a questionnaire of 25 items to a sample of 104
employees, and used statistical tools in analysis and discussion to measure the
effectiveness of institutional communication in managing the coronavirus
pandemic.
After a theoretical and applied study of the research topic, we reached a set of
results, including :
