This study aimed to reveal the relationship between decision-making
and role conflict and to know the extent to which this relationship differs
according to each of the social status, educational qualification and
professional experience. (10) females and (190) males, and to achieve
the purposes of the study, the researcher built a questionnaire that
measures 3 axes: the decision-making axis, the family role conflict axis,
and the job role conflict axis. After processing the data statistically, the
