In this study we want to identify the degree of training needs for primary school
teachers in the field of dealing with students with learning difficulties, and their level
of professional compatibility, as well as knowing the relationship nature and the
differences between them according to the age variable and seniority. The study
sample consisted of (196) professors in some divisions of Ghardaia, they were
selected in a simple random way, based on two questionnaires, the first is the training
needs questionnaire prepared by the student, and the second is the professional
compatibility questionnaire by researcher Shamuri Kamelia. we used descriptive
correlative method. We analyzed the data statistically with spss v.23
The results showed: Primary education teachers have training needs in dealing with
pupils with learning difficulties at a moderate level, the level of professional
compatibility of primary education teachers is moderate, there is a positive
correlation between the training needs of primary education teachers in dealing with
pupils with learning difficulties and their professional compatibility. The variance of
the training needs of primary education teachers in dealing with pupils with learning
difficulties is predicted at 17% statistical function of their professional compatibility,
and there are no statistically significant differences between primary education
teachers in the State of Ghardaia in the degree of their training needs according to
their seniority and age variables. There are no statistically significant differences
among primary education teachers in Ghardaia in the level of professional
compatibility according to age and age variables.
