dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to identify the role of administrative empowerment on the performance of workers in the economic institution Cement Company Ain al-Touta Commercial Unit Btqrt used researchers descriptive analytical method was chosen sample study from all workers of the institution. To achieve this objective، a questionnaire was designed to measure the role of administrative empowerment in five dimensions (communication and information sharing، independence and discretion، delegation، task forces، motivation of employees) on the performance level of workers in cement company. Workers without exception The data obtained from the sample of the study were extracted and analyzed using the statistical program of social sciences (SPSS)، depending on the different statistical methods used in the research. The research reached a number of results، the most important of which is that all dimensions of administrative empowerment ، Independence and discretion، delegation، task forces، employee motivation) are instrumental in raising and improving staff performance. Give employees greater freedom to do business the way they like and want، and work to account for results based not on actions. Sensitizing employees to their importance، and the impact of their ideas and work on the present and future of the institution and work on decentralization and delegation of authority and their participation in decision-making The study recommended increasing the attention to the process of administrative empowerment in all its dimensions because of its role in improving the performance of employees in different institutions، which leads to the achievement of its objectives of the continuation of its activity and growth. | EN_en |
