Abstract:
In order to consolidate the Qur’anic concepts in dealingwith
relatives and wombs, and as a reminder of what a Muslim must adhere
to towardshis relatives and wombs, thisstudywastaggedwith the
title:Rulings of relatives in Islamic jurisprudence.
Wherewedealt in the first topic: the concept of kin in Islamic
jurisprudence, and throughit I touched on the concept of kin,
theirrights and duties, and the types of kinship in Islamic
jurisprudence.
As for the second topic, itwasdevoted to the
jurisprudentialrulingsrelated to relatives in the chapter on inheritance,
wills, alimony, and charity, and I divideditinto four demands, the first
of whichis the provisions of the inheritance of kin in Islamic
jurisprudence, then the will of kinbetween support and
denialbetweenjurists and in the thirddemandwepresented the rule of
alimony Ali relatives in Islamic jurisprudence, and finallywetouched
on the position of the jurists on givingcharity to relatives in Islamic
jurisprudence.
