الخلاصة:
The objective of this study was to identify the relationship of the 
organizational structure with the organization's strategic plan, by studying the 
relationship of the most important dimensions of the organizational structure, 
represented by the extent of (formality, centrality, complexity) with the 
organization's strategic plan. To achieve the objectives of the study, a field study 
was conducted for the Oasis Clinic in Ghardaïa. A defined sample was selected, 
most of whom were civil servants in supervisory positions in senior 
management, as the descriptive approach was used in the study. In addition, 
interview and observation were used to collect qualitative data and consequently 
to analyze it, answer the questions and test hypotheses. Therefore, the study has 
led to some results and the most important are :
 1. There is a positive correlation between the organizational structure in its 
three dimensions (formal, central and complex) and the strategic plan of the 
Oasis Clinic in Ghardaïa
 2. The strategy adopted by the Oasis Clinic of Ghardaïa is carried out at the 
level of its introduction into the strategic plan, by formalization and 
specialization in the organizational structure, and centralization in decision making, with a relative relaxation on the side of medical units, and complex 
methods of management, direction and organization
Several practical recommendations were presented, the most important :
 1. Offering the alternative strategy great importance by the Oasis Clinic, 
Ghardaïa, because this strategy achieves the strongest relationships with the 
dimensions of the organizational structure and the dimensions of the alternative 
strategy, and through it the competitive advantage is built, which guarantees 
more superiority over the competitors.
2. Increasing the company's capital, by planning to find alternatives to provide 
additional resources, to facilitate it to achieve its strategic plans and objectives, 
which will be reflected positively on its revenues to secure the implementation 
of its various programs
 3. Rising alignment and coordination of the current organizational structure 
with the strategic plan through seven important practical steps
