Abstract:
The study aimed to know the relationship between job discipline and the
performance of employees in the immune hospital, where the main problem of
the study centered on: What is the relationship of job discipline with the
performance of employees and the performance of employees in the immune
hospital?
We relied on the sample social survey method by selecting a sample from the
study population and generalizing the results of the study to the whole
community. We also relied on the observation and the form as a tool for data
collection. The accidental sample of 65 male and female employees was
selected. The study reached results, the most important of which are:
- There is a relationship between job discipline and the performance of the
employees of the Al-Manea Hospital Institution.
- There is a relationship between compliance with labor laws and the
performance of employees of the Al-Manea Hospital Institution.
- There is a relationship between the work relations and the performance of the
employees of the Al-Manea Hospital Institution.
