Abstract:
This study dealt with the interpretation of the extent of the impact of
organizational interaction on the performance of workers in light of the
Corona pandemic within the Tershin Ibrahim health hospital in the state of
Ghardaia, specifically the interest of Covid 19.
And a theoretical-field study was conducted by conducting a
comprehensive sample survey of 61 workers, and the descriptive analytical
approach appropriate to the nature of the subject being studied, in addition
to adopting the data collection tool represented in the interview form, and
after processing the results, this study concluded the following:
- We have clearly seen through this applied study in the health institution
that the organizational interaction is an effective and comprehensive
means in achieving the requirements and objectives of the health
institution in general, and most importantly, a clear and clear influence
between the means of organizational interaction and the performance of
workers, which was discovered at the level of the impact of the means
Organizational interaction (electronic - verbal - written), and through the
speed in the performance of tasks by workers and the facilitation of
services and the speed of interactive communication between the boss and
subordinate and between subordinates themselves, and this confirms that
the means of organizational interaction achieve speed and motivation for
superiors and subordinates, and then contribute to Improving the
performance of the actors and thus achieving the goals of the health
institution, and this proves the validity of the first hypothesis, which is

The nature of the organizational interaction also appeared to have an
impact on the performance of workers in light of the Corona crisis and the
health protocol adopted by the Ministry of Health. Between superiors,
