Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to contribute to brainstorming to support the administrative innovation of Ooredoo Foundation by answering the general problem of: "What is the extent of the brainstorming contribution to support the administrative creativity in the economic institution" where we used in the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the method of case study in the applied side A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 employees of the Ooredoo Foundation in Algeria and the Ghardaia branch to collect the data, which were classified and processed using statistical methods and using the SPSS package، Where we reached the most important results:
- There is a level of brainstorming style and level of administrative innovation in the institution under study.
- There are statistically significant differences between brainstorming and management innovation in Ooredoo institution, due to the personal and functional variables of the variables (scientific qualification), and this hypothesis was negated for the variables (gender, age, nature of work, seniority, income).
