أثر مهاراث التميز الإداري في صناعت القرار الإداري - دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف على أثر مهارات التميز الإدارم في صناعة القرار الإداري بجامعة غرداية ، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة تمثلت في38 موظفا من شاغلي االمناصب العليا بالجامعة ،و بعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS 22.0, كمعالج اتٞداكؿمن صناع القرار بالجامعة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة و كذا اجراء مقابلات شخصية مع عينة من صناع القرار بالجامعة ، تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج و المتمثلة في: الإدارم الادقبول الفرضية الرئيسية القائلة بوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمهارات التميز الإداري في صناعة القرار الاداري لذى شاغلي المناصب العليا بالجامعة

قبول الفرضية الفرعية الاولى القائلة بوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمهارات القيادية في صناعة القرار الإداري لدى شاغلي المناصب العليا بجامعة غرداية ؛  رفض الفرضية الفرعية الثانية بوجود أثر ذك دلالة إحصائية للمهارات الإدارية في صناعة القرار الإدارم لدل شاغلي ات١ناصب العليا تّامعة غرداية ؛  قبول الفرضية الفرعية الثالثة القائلة بوجود أثر ذك دلالة إحصائية للمهارات الإبداعية في صناعة القرار الإدارم لدل شاغلي المناصب العاليا بجامعة غرداية  رفض الفرضية الفرعية الرابعة القائلة بوجود أثر ذك دلالة إحصائية للمهارات الشخصية كالإجتماعية في صناعة القرار الإدارم لدل شاغلي المناصب العليا جامعة غردايةAbstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of the skills of administrative excellence in administrative decision making at the University of Ghardaia, where a questionnaire was distributed on a sample of (38) employees of senior positions in the university, after processing the data using(SPSS 22.0, EXCEL 2007),and the appropriate statistical methods, Interview with a sample of decision makers at the university,a set of results has been reached :  Accept the main hypothesis that there is a statistically significant impact of the skills of administrative excellence in the administrative decision-making of the senior position holders at the University of Ghardaia;  Accept the first sub-hypothesis that there is a statistically significant impact of leadership skills in the administrative decision-making process among senior position holders at Ghardaia University;  Rejection of the second sub-hypothesis of the existence of a statistical impact of the administrative skills in the administrative decision-making among the incumbents of senior positions at the University of Ghardaia;  Accept the third sub-hypothesis that there is a statistically significant impact of creative skills in the administrative decision-making process among senior position holders at Ghardaia University;  Rejection of the fourth sub-hypothesis that there is a statistically significant impact of personal and social skills in the administrative decision-making process among the senior position holders at Ghardaia University
