this study aimed to identify: the problems of classroom management
and its relationship to psychological well-being of secondary
education teachers, as well as to identify the relationship with gender,
and to know the level of psychological well-being of secondary
education teachers
To achieve the goal of the study, a psychological well-being
questionnaire and a classroom management problem questionnaire
were applied, and its psychometric properties (honesty and
repentance) were verified on a sample of 154 professors of
secondary education, using the descriptive approach and the
appropriate statistical means, and using the statistical package of
social sciences spss19.0
The following results have been reached:
There is no relationship between classroom management problems
and psychological well-being in secondary school teachers
There is no difference between classroom management problems
and psychological well-being in relation to the gender variable
We expect an average level of psychological well-being for
secondary school teachers
Because the topic is new, we focused on previous studies close to
the topic. |
