The problem of the study is the following:
Is there a relationship between the organizational values and the organizational
loyalty of the workers of the National Company for Public Works in Ghardaia?
Definition of study variables:
Organizational Values: It is the belief that the workers of the National Company for
Public Works in Ghardaia build on their work within the institution and in their
choice between good and bad, important and unimportant. It is measured by the
degree to which the worker obtains the Mike Woodcock and Dave Francis 1995
metric.
Organizational Loyalty: The affiliation, loyalty, and loyalty of the employees of
the National Company for Public Works to its objectives, its keenness to remain and
consistency with others. It is measured by the degree to which the worker obtains the
organizational loyalty scale.
In order to study the relationship between organizational values and organizational
loyalty, we divided the study into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the
problem of the study and its questions, the purpose of the study and its importance,
and the procedural definitions of the study, in addition to previous studies related to
the subject of the current study.
The second chapter dealt with the theoretical definition of organizational values and
their characteristics, their sources, their composition, in addition to some
classifications that were classified, and methods of measurement.
The third chapter includes the concept of organizational loyalty and its importance,
stages and dimensions, and touched on the factors that help in the formation of
loyalty, and the factors affecting it, and the most important methods of measuring.
The fourth chapter is devoted to the methodological procedures of the study, in which
the descriptive approach, the place of the study, the characteristics of the study
sample and the psychometric characteristics of the data collection tools were
determined. Finally, we presented the results of the study and discussed the general
results on which we developed a set of recommendations The future of research on
this subject.
- Objectives of the study:
1. Identify the dimensions of the prevailing organizational values among the
employees of the National Company for Public Works.
2. Identify the relationship between the values and the organizational loyalty of the
employees of the National Company for Public Works.
- the importance of studying:
1. To highlight the concepts of organizational values and organizational loyalty.
2. To submit a number of proposals to raise the level of organizational loyalty.
- Study hypotheses:
1. There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational values and
organizational loyalty among the workers of the National Company for Public Works
in Ghardaia.
2. There are differences of statistical significance in the organizational values of the
workers of the National Company for Public Works by Sex.
3. There are statistically significant differences in the level of organizational loyalty
among the workers of the National Company for Public Works by Sex.
4. There are statistically significant differences in the organizational values of the
workers of the National Company for Public Works according to the seniority.
5. There are statistically significant differences in the level of organizational loyalty
among the employees of the National Company for Public Works according to the
seniority.
6. There are significant differences in the organizational values of the employees of
the National Company for Public Works according to their level of education.
7. Are there differences in the level of organizational loyalty of the employees of the
National Company for Public Works according to their level of education?
Our study has reached the following conclusions:
- The general hypothesis that there is a relationship between organizational values
and organizational loyalty and the coefficient of correlation between the two
variables is achieved at (0.64) at the level of significance of 0.01, indicating a
correlation between organizational values and organizational loyalty.
- There were no significant differences between the sexes at the level of significance
(0.05) in the organizational values of the workers of the National Company for Public
Works in Ghardaia.
- There were no statistically significant differences in the organizational values at the
level of significance (0.05) in the organizational values of the workers of the National
Company for Public Works in Ghardaia.
- There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in
the organizational values of the workers of the National Company for Public Works
according to the level of education, and the value of f (3.329).
- There were no statistically significant differences between the sexes at the level of
significance (0.05) in the level of organizational loyalty among the workers of the
National Company for Public Works.
- There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05)
in the level of organizational loyalty among the workers of the National Company for
Public Works according to the seniority.
-There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05)
in the level of organizational loyalty among the workers of the National Company for
Public Works according to the level of education |
