This study aims to clarify and define the relationship between adopting a culture
of quality and its impact on enhancing the loyalty of the industrial buyer. Hence,
the descriptive approach was adopted, based on the distribution of 50
questionnaire forms on the field side to collect information on a sample
consisting of 30 divided between institutions, companies and shops at the level
of EL Menia - Ghardaia, which in turn deals with it and is considered a client of
Algeria Telecstatistical methods has been adopted for the purpose of statistical
analysis using the statistical program SPSS 20, and one of the most important
results of the study is the presence of an influential relationship between the
level of the dimensions of quality culture in enhancing loyalty of the industrial
buyer with a company Algeria Telecom. There is a statistically significant
impact relationship between the level of quality culture dimensions at Algeria
Telecom in enhancing the loyalty of the industrial buyer. There are statistically
significant differences at a significant level in the responses of the study sample
individuals. The level of loyalty of the industrial buyer in Algeria Telecom is
due to the personal and functional variables. (Corporation activity, type of
company, age of the company, duration of dealing with the company), and there
are no statistically significant differences between the variables (type of
company, age Company, term of business with the company) about industrial
buyer's loyalty
