The aim of the study was to know some personality traits and their
role in the emergence of psychological pedagogic center
psychological children with mentally handicapped in Timimon. In our
study of the subject we started from the hypothesis that personality
traits play a role in the psychological combustion experienced by the
educators working in the psychological pedagogic center for children
with mental disabilities and to verify them we followed the clinical
approach and were five cases selected from educators working in the
pedagogic center for children with mental disabilities I Timimon ,aged
between 23 and 45 years. We applied three tools : the half - scale
interview, the masslash index of psychological combustion,and the
Freiburg scale of personality. After analyzing the quantitative data
produced by the two parameters and the clinical interview, we reached
a set of result which are limited to the presentation of the most
