Abstract:
The objective of this study was to analyse the dimensions of Burnout
and to know the level of burnout of the workers of the Public Works
Laboratory in Ghardaia , these dimensions are : Emotional exhaustion ,
Depersonalization , Lack of personal accomplishment .
As well as to know whether there are statistically significant differences
in burnout according to the seniority and social status .
The sample was chosen in a deliberate manner , the Maslach scale was
applied to the burnout , which consist of 22 items measuring three
dimensions on a sample of 95 workers in the public works laboratory ,
the resrarcher used the descriptive analytical method to suit the subject
of the study through :
- Chi-squar test to find out the significance of the differences
between repetittions in the levels of burnout .
- T-test to determine if there were statistically significant differences
in burnout according to seniority and social status .
The following results were obtained :
1- The level of burnout of the majority of the workers of the
public works laboratory is average .
2- - There are statistically significant differences of 0.05 in
burnout due to seniority with respect to less than 8 years.
3- There are no statistically significant differences in burnout
depending on the social situation .
