Abstract:
"Irrational ideas and their relationship to the level of ambition of the workers of
the public works laboratory in the south of the country"
The present study aimed to find out whether there is a connection between the
irrational ideas and the level of ambition among the workers of the public works
lab in the south of the country.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical
descriptive method. The researcher used the random selection of the sample of
95 workers from the highest level to the lowest level of 348 workers in the
laboratory, after excluding the survey sample consisting of 30 workers of the
public works laboratory.
The researcher designed a questionnaire of (74) paragraphs divided into two
sections: a first section for irrational ideas and contains (46) paragraphs, while
the second section is specific to the level of ambition and contains (28)
paragraph, which measures our current study.
After the application of the study tools and then processing data using the
statistical packages of social sciences SPSS using statistical methods such as the
midterm division and the consistency of the internal, Alpha Kronbach and that
honesty and consistency, we also used the test, the equation of Seberman
Brown, analysis of the variance to confirm the hypotheses and from it The study
found the following results:
General Hypothesis:
- There is no statistically significant relationship between irrational ideas and the
level of ambition among public works lab workers.
Partial Hypotheses:
- There are statistically significant differences between irrational ideas and
educational level among workers of the public works laboratory in the south of
the country.
- There are no statistically significant differences between irrational ideas and
age among workers of the public works laboratory in the south of the country.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the irrational ideas
and the experience of the workers of the public works laboratory in the south of
the country.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the level of ambition
and the level of education of the workers of the public works lab in the south of
the country.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the level of ambition
and age among the workers of the public works lab in the south of the country.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the level of ambition
and experience of the workers of the public works lab in the south of the
country.
