الخلاصة:
This study aimed at revealing the relationship between the attitude toward teaching
with the second generation curriculum and the achievement motivation among the
primary school teachers in some Ghardaia departments :Berriane, Dhayat bin
Dahwah and Elgolea. And also to determine whether (these attitudes vary) this
relationship varies according to some variables: (gender, level of teaching,
experience).The sample included 100 primary school teachers from the
departments of: Berriane, Dhayat bin Dahwah and Elgolea.
The researcher used the two following basic tools:
-A questionnaire about the nature of the attitudes of primary school teachers
toward teaching the second generation curriculum prepared by Abdullah Labouz
after the researcher 's adaptation.
-The achievement motivation test of "Hermans" arabized by "Farouk Abdel-Fattah
Moussa" in 1981.
The statistical processing was done through the SPSS system.
The Survey descriptive approach was adopted as the appropriate method for such
studies.
The results of the study were as follows:
-There is no relationship between the attitudes of primary school teachers towards
teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation.
-The relationship between the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards
teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation does
not differ according to their gender.
-The relationship between the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards
teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation does
not differ according to their experience.
-The relationship between the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards
teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation does
not differ according to the level they teach (first year, second year, third year,
fourth year).
