الخلاصة:
The aim of this study was to identify the extent of the impact brought by the innovative leadership on the employee's performance in the national corporation SONATRACH, It also aimed to identify the perceptions of the respondents about the level of practice of the innovative leadership and it's dimensions such as : (intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, sensitivity towards problems, accepting the risk). And to achieve the objectives of this study a questionnaire was handed out to a random sample of 70 individuals, And the data was processed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences System (SPSS), and there was a use of percentages and averages, standard deviations and transaction correlation and regression analysis to test the hypotheses of the study.
The study came to a range of results we mention the most important:
1- The innovative leadership's practice level (and it's dimensions of: intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, sensitivity towards problems, accepting the risk) came medium.
2- The evaluation of the employee's performance from the standpoint of the study sample individuals came with a high degree.
3- There is a statistically significant effect between the innovative leadership (and it's dimensions of: intellectual fluency, mental flexibility, sensitivity towards problems, accepting the risk) and the performance of employees.
And the study concluded a set of recommendations we mention the most important:
1- Taking into account the importance of the innovative leadership within the corporation regarding the positive results that it achieves and that accrue on both the employees and the corporation.
2- Providing the adequate environment for ingenuity and expanding the umbrella of management development programs for the leaders in the field of innovative leadership
