Abstract:
This study highlights the legitimate provision for the celebration of family
events and their specific controls in Islamic jurisprudence. It consists of an
introduction and two studies. The first one includes the concept of celebration of
family events and legal controls in general, and the second one includes the provision
of celebration of each occasion and the special controls for the celebration of each
occasion in particular, and the conclusion. This has been done through tracking and
extrapolating the collection of legal provisions and controls in this study. This is the
objective of this research, which is designed to supplement the requirements for
obtaining a master's degree in Islamic sciences, which specializes in comparative
jurisprudence and its origins. It has been concluded that the celebration of family
events falls under the customs originally allowed, and the wedding is distinguished
from the rest by the abomination and the desire of Islamic law.
