Abstract:
حاولنا في ىذا البحث تسليط الضوء على موضوع دور المعلومات المالية في قياس الأداء المالي عن مختلف
القوائم و التقارير المالية الصادرة من المؤسسة باستخدام أىم المؤشرات المالية وىي النسب المالية ومؤشرات التوازن
المالي، محاولين الإجابة على إشكالية البحث المتمثلة في مدى مساهمة ىذه المعلومات المالية في قياس و تقييم
الأداء المالي لمؤسسة رويبة ؛ بهدف معرفة أىم المعلومات المالية ودورىا في عملية القياس اداء المالي معتمدين في
ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الموافق للدراسة .
ومن خلال قياس الأداء المالي لمؤسسة رويبة عن طريق مختلف القوائم والتقارير المالية مستخدمين جملة من
المؤشرات المالية بحسب ما توفر من بيانات، من خلال ماسبق تبين أن أدائها المالي كان جد ضعيف نظرا للنتائج
السلبية التي توصلنا اليها؛ ما قد عكس الد ور الكبير الذي تلعبو ىذه المعلومات المالية من خلال إستخدام مجموعة
من المؤشرات في قياس و تقييم الاداء المالي .
أما بخصوص المؤسسة فقد اقترحنا جملة من التوصيات مفادىا أن على المؤسسة إتباع قواعد سليمة لتقييم أدائها
المالي المناسبة بالإعتماد على مختلف المعلومات المالية المتوفرة لدى المؤسسة،و كذا البحث عن سبل لتمويل
We tried in this research shed light on the subject of the role of financial
information in the financial performance measurement for different Statements
and financial reports issued by the organization using key financial indicators, a
financial ratios and indicators of fiscal balance, trying to answer to the research
problem of the contribution of the financial information included in the
measurement financial performance of the Corporation Rouiba assessment; in
order to know the most important financial information and its role in measuring
the financial performance of the process relying on descriptive analytical
method approved for the study.
and Through financial performance measure of the Rouiba Foundation through
various financial statements and reports using a number of financial indicators
according to the availability of data, through the foregoing it shows that its
financial performance was very weak due to the negative results that we have
reached; what may reverse the significant role played by this information
Finance through the use of a set of indicators for measuring and evaluating
financial performance.
As for the institution we have proposed a number of recommendations that the
organization follow the rules properly to evaluate the appropriate financial
performance depending on the various available financial information of the
institution, and as well as to look for ways to finance the shortfall in the treasury
at the lowest cost, in addition to achieving high profitability to ensure good
