Abstract:
This study aimed to know the role of the dashboard in improving the Gulf
Bank Agency, Ghardaia No. 020, and this during the period from 2017 to 2019,
through a case study of the bank’s indicators. In the study we relied on the
method of collecting information by asking open questions as well as a group
study From the documents we also relied on the theoretical side of the study on
the descriptive approach and in the applied side on a case study, and the data
was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 and Word 2010.
This study found that it is a positive relationship between the dashboard and
agency performance indicators, so that there is good quality documentation for
the independent variables (dashboard) and the dependent variable (performance
indicators).
