النظام المحاسبي المالي ومدى استجابته لمتطلبات شركات التأمين دراسة ميدانية في شركات التأمين بولاية غرداية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فعالية تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي الجديد في شركات التأمين بولاية غرداية بالإضافة إلى فهم طبيعة النظام المحاسبي المالي على مستوى شركات التأمين والتعرف على الحسابات الخاصة به، وكذا توضيح الدور المحوري والفعال الذي يلعبه النظام المحاسبي في تلبية احتياجات شركات التأمين. ولمعالجة إشكالية البحث واختبار صحة الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري من الدراسة، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على بيانات جمعت من خلال الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على عينة من موظفين في شركات التأمين محل الدراسة من 53 فرد. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : - يوجد التزام من طرف شركات التأمين بولاية غرداية بتطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي للتأمين؛ - النظام المحاسبي المالي ساهم في تنظيم المحاسبة في شركات التأمين وله دور كبير في تحسين وضعية الشركة؛ - النظام المحاسبي هو الركيزة الأساسية للتحقق من صحة البيانات والمعلومات المحاسبية الخاصة بالأنشطة التأمينية.Through this study we aim to know how energetic the new financial accounting system is in the insurance companies in the wilaya of ghardaia and how it is understood there, as well as clarifying the main effective the accounting system’s function in meeting insurance companies’ needs . To solve the problemaitc and test the hypotheses, we used the descriptive approach in the theoretical part and the analytical approach in the practical one. This study is based on the data gathered from the questionnaire that was distributed on a sample of thirty five insurance companies employees . This study arrived to some results, here are some of the most important ones : - There is a commitment by the wilaya of ghardaia insurance companies to apply the financial accounting system for insurance; - The financial accounting system has contributed to the organization of accounting in the insurance companies and has a significant role in improving the status of the company; - The accounting system is the basic basis for verifying the validity of accounting data and information related to insurance activities
