dc.description.abstract This study aimed at discussing and analysing the subject of human resources planning and its role in building a hiring strategy as the choice fell on the economic institution of Naftal in Banoura Ghardaia as a subject of study. In order to reach the results we hoped for, we chose the tool of interviewing as it goes well with the topic, through it we interviewed a group of employers and employees in the human resources department and that is to recognise deeply the process of planning for human resources plus the employment policy taken by Naftal reaching how to attract human resources and how to keep them. Our study has reached the following results EN_en
