Abstract:
هدفت هذه الد ا رسة الى البحث عن الدور الذي تكتسيه الثقافة التنظيمية في تحقيق المسؤولية
الاجتماعية حيث ان هذه الد ا رسة تكتسي اهمية بالغة في سبيل بذل المنظمات المعاصرة لتبني
مصطلح الثقافة التنظيمية وذلك لتحقيق مسؤولية اجتماعية هادفة مؤثرة داخل المجتمع الذي
تعيش فيه .
ويعالج هذا الموضوع بحث عن طرق اداة الاحصائية المعروفة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات
في الد ا رسة الميدانية حيث تم استخدام برنامج الاحصائي SPSS 19 لد ا رسة البيانات المجمعة
لعينة من عمال مؤسسة نفطال مقاطعة التسويق بغرداية حيث تم التوصل الى ان هناك مستوى
جيد ومقبول لتبني المؤسسة مصطلح الثقافة التنظيمية ، ومستوى عالي من المسؤولية
الاجتماعية كما تم التوصل الى ان هناك علاقة قوية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والمسؤولية
الاجتماعية في المؤسسة محل الد ا رسة حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط 69%This study is aimed at reasearshing the role of organizational culture to achieving social responsibility, as this study contain a great importance in order to make contemporary organizations adopt the term organizational culture to achieve meaningful social responsibility influencing within the society in which you live. This topic deals with a search for methods of the statistical tool known as the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data in the field study, where the statistical program SPSS 19 was used to study the collected data of a sample of the workers of the Naftal Province Marketing District in Ghardaia, where it was concluded that there is a good and acceptable level for the institution to adopt the term organizational culture, and a High level of social responsibility. It was also found that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and social responsibility in the institution under study, where the correlation coefficient reached 69%
