Abstract

تعتبر الرقابة الجبائية الأداة الأساسية إلى تعتمدها إدارة الضرائب لمراقبة المكلفين من خلال تطبيق القوانين والإجراءات التي فرضها المشرع، كما تعمل على فرض العقوبات من أجل المحافظة على إيرادات الخزينة العمومية، و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحقيق المعمق لمجمل الوضعية الجبائية الشاملة . حيث قمنا بدراسة حالة بمديرية الضرائب ولاية غرداية، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على الدور الفعال لهذا التحقيق في ما يخص المداخيل الإجمالية للأشخاص الطبيعيين. ومن خلال دراستنا والنتائج المتوصل لها فقد تم التوصل إلى أن للرقابة الجبائية والتحقيق المعمق له دور فعال في اكتشاف التهرب الضريبي وذلك من خلال تقنيات التحقيق في التوغل والتعمق بمداخيل ومصاريف المكلفين Fiscal control is the main tool adopted by the tax administration to monitor taxpayers through the application of laws and procedures imposed by the legislature. It also works to impose penalties in order to preserve the revenues of the public treasury, and this study aims to highlight the role of in-depth investigation of the overall tax situation. Where we conducted a case study at the Tax Department of the state of Ghardaïa, highlighting the effective role of this survey with regard to the total natural income of the individual. Through our study and the results obtained, it has been concluded that the tax control and the in-depth investigation have an effective role in discovering tax evasion through investigation techniques that delve into the incomes and expenses of taxpayers
