Abstract:
تم في هذه الدراسة الى إبراز أهمية التكوين في تحسين أداء المورد البشري في المؤسسات الإقتصادية ، حيث يعتبر التكوين من أهم العوامل المساهمة في النهوض بالعنصر البشري و خيارا ترفع به راية التحدي لأجل مواكبة التقدم العلمي و التكنولوجي ، وذالك بالرفع من كفاءة الأفراد العاملين و مهاراتهم حتى تتمكن المؤسسة من تحسين أداء عمالها و الرفع من مردوديتهم و المحافظة على جودة مخرجاتها من جهة ، و كذا منح فرص لعمالها لتمكينهم من تحسين مستواهم العلمي و المهني مما يؤهلهم للترقيات المهنية و الإجتماعية من جهة أخرى ، و الوصول الى المستوى المرغوب من الإستقرار و الفعاليةIn aim of this study is to highlight the importance and role of training in improving the performance in human resources in economic institution where training is one of the most important factors contributing to the advancement of the human element and an option to raise the banner of challenge to keep pace with scientific and technological progress, employees and their skills so that the institution can improve the performance of its workers and increase the quality of their outputs and maintain the quality of their workers to enable them to improve their scientific and professional level , which qualifies them for professional and social promotions on the other hand , stability and effectiveness .
On this basis , we conducted a field study on a sample of the study society represented by a group of workers of the company of employees LTPS of the public works laboratory, and this study was based on descriptive methods and analytical approach in order to answer the problem presented and verify the validity of the hypotheses a questionnaire was prepared to include a sample of the workers of employees of the public works laboratory LTPS the number of questionnaires for the study was 34 we have emptied it into the SPSS program for analysis .
Analyzing the results obtained, we find the importance and effectiveness of training process adopted by of employees of the public works laboratory LTPS, which improves and increases the productivity of the organization

و على هذا أساس قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميداينة على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة و المتمثلة في نجموعة من العمال و العاملات شركة مخبر الأشغال العمومية في جنوب البلاد، و اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي قصد الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة و التأكد من صحة الفرضيات : و لأجل ئالك قمنا بإعداد استبيان شمل عينة من عمال مخبر الأشغال العمومية في جنوب البلاد . فكان عدد الإستبيانات الموزعة( 34) استرجعة كاملة بدون إقصاء ، قمنا بإفراغ البيانات في برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإنسانية SPSS بغية تحليلها.
و من خلال تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين لنا مدى أهمية و فعالية العملية التكوينية التي تتبناها شركة مخبر الأشغال العمومية في جنوب البلاد LTPS في تحسين أداء موردها البشري و الذي يؤدي تحسين و زيادة انتاجية المؤسسة
