dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of banking ser-vices on the competitiveness of banks, and in order to achieve the intended goal, the questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample represented by the employees and workers of the Bank of Algeria at the level of the state of Ghardaia, and the statistical analysis program SPSS was used to process the da-ta. Several results were reached, the most important of which are: - The existence of a correlation relationship of positive and strong statistical sig-nificance between the quality of banking service and banking competition in the Bank of Algeria abroad, to the Agency of Ghardaia EN_en
