Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية ودور القرض المصغر في دعم وتمويل المشاريع الحرفية من خلال إنشاء مشاريع مصغرة تخص الحرفين، والتي من شأنها خلق فرص عمل، إضافة إلى تقييم أداء الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر من خلال الإحصائيات المتعلقة بنشاط الفرع الجهوي لولاية غرداية. تم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، عن طريق عرض المفاهيم المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة بصفة عامة، كما تم الإعتماد على دراسة الحالة من أجل تقييم أداء الوكالةThis study aims to highlight the importance and role of the micro-loan in supporting and financing craft projects through theestablishment of mini-projects for the Craftsmenwhich will create jobs, in addition to evaluating the performance of the National Agency for the Management of the Micro-Loan from the conclusion of statistics related to the activity of the regional branch of the state of Ghardaia. This study was based on the descriptive approach, by presenting concepts related to the variables of the study in general, and the case study was relied upon to assess the agency's performance. The study found that small and micro enterprises have a key role to play in economic development, as they contribute to creating new jobs, creating creativity and innovation, producing a growing increase in the volume of investment and employment and maximizing value added; also, its effective development role through its integration with large institutions, contributes to economic and social activities . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمصغرة دور أساسي في التنمية الإقتصادية، وذلك لما تقدمه من مساهمات في توفير فرص عمل جديدة وخلق الإبداع والإبتكار وإنتاج زيادة متنامية في حجم الإستثمار والعمالة وماتحقق من تعظيم في القيمة المضافة؛ كما تساهم بدورها التنموي الفعال من خلال تكاملها مع المؤسسات الكبيرة في تحقيق الأنشطة الإقتصادية والإجتماعية.
